LaurieLaurie has been a part of Ark of the Dunes family since day one, celebrating 20 years in 2021. She is part of the foundation of our clinic and has created so many bonds with each and every one of our clients over the years.

JulieJulie joined AOTD in 2020 after many years away from the Veterinary field. Now that her children are grown and on their own, she decided it was time to get back to what she loved doing years ago. In her spare time she enjoys crafting and sometimes finds herself and her husband looking for adventure, whether that be off-roading in their jeep, hiking, biking, or camping.

AliciaAlicia has worked in the veterinary field since 2001. She is the mom of two boys and six cats. Alicia loves chocolate, books, and anything related to cats. Her favorite pastime is going to concerts with her husband and two sons!

GraceGrace became a part of our team in 2022. She has a major love of reading, anything chocolate, and Bob Ross paintings. Chickens are her favorite animal. When she's not busy learning the ropes of the Veterinary field, she loves spending time with her family.

ReneeRenee joined the AofD team in 2019, pursuing her love for animals. She is proud to be the go to cat assistant, since she has always been an advocate for the feline race. She and her spouse are the proud parents of one Boxer (Four), and two black cats (Loki and Freya).

SarahSarah joined the Ark family in 2021. In her spare time, she volunteers for environmental programs in the Indiana Dunes including Saw-whet Owl banding, and enjoys cultivating her backyard garden. She and her husband are obsessed with their dog, Captain, and adventure kitty, Mercury.

TinaTina joined Ark of the Dunes in 2020. She works full time as a Chesterton bus driver and we are grateful she works part time in between pickups.

IndiaIndia joined us in 2022. She loves her dog, Louie the most. (Please don't tell her cat, Whiskers.) In her time off she enjoys watching and rewatching The Office with her fiance. She also enjoys True Crime and scary movies.

KendraKendra started at Ark of the Dunes in 2022 as senior intern with the Chesterton High School internship program. She quickly fell in love with all the animals and people in the clinic. She joined our support staff in summer of 2023 and is currently enrolled at Purdue University.

AlexAlex joined us in 2023 as a senior intern with Chesterton High School and continues to support our veterinary team when she is not taking classes at Indiana University Indy.
